Full Basement Finish

What was previously a poured-wall storage basement became a full living space: a bedroom with egress window, a three-quarter bathroom, a large open family room, and a utility/laundry area. All framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, plumbing, and electrical was handled in-house.

The project added significant living area and value to the home. The homeowners use it as a guest suite and overflow family space — exactly what they envisioned when we first walked the space together.
